Considering colonic hydrotherapy?

You may wonder what to expect during the session.

During a colonic hydrotherapy session, we will guide you through the process, typically lasting 45 minutes to an hour. The general steps of the procedure are as follows:

Preparation: You may be asked to wear a gown or other loose-fitting clothing and remove any jewelry or accessories. You will lie down on a treatment table, and a small tube or speculum will be inserted into your rectum.

Infusion of water: Warm water will be infused into your colon through the tube using a gravity-fed or pressure-controlled system.

Massage and movement: The practitioner may massage your abdomen to help the water move through your colon and encourage the release of waste and gas. You may also be asked to change positions, such as lying on your back, side, or stomach, to aid in the water's flow.

Elimination: As the water fills your colon, you may feel the urge to have a bowel movement. You will expel the water and waste into a disposable tube or device, which will be discreetly disposed of.

After the session, you may feel more relaxed, energized, or lighter.
