Having been told by my doctor that I needed to lose a significant amount of weight to ensure a health issue did not escalate I called Caroline for help. I'd been following Ultimate Health for quite a while and when I saw the Fat Freezing post I thought that was my solution! However a consultation with Caroline followed and her advice and direction has proven to be nothing less than life changing. She promised that if I was truly serious about losing weight she could help and that it would take commitment. I was willing and determined and with the straight talking, diet plan and the assistance of the Bowel Stimulator and Colonic Hydration sessions I'm delighted to say my body and as a result my mindset are both reaping the benefits. It was tough initially but Caroline made sure to keep me motivated and gave plenty of helpful feedback. I've kept up plenty of the good habits, finally kicked the sugar cravings and I look and feel so much better and a whole lot healthier. Caroline's help has given my confidence an almighty boost and made me feel my happiest and healthiest in years!
