Diet Advice - Beverages

- Vegetables juice or green drinks (Green magma, Kyogreen or Green kamut)
- Herbal teas: chamomile or green tea with cinnamon stick
Pinky Mango
- 2 mangoes
- 3 handfuls raspberries juice of half a lemon
- 4 tablespoons (75 ml) natural yogurt
- 8 tablespoons (120 ml) apple juice
Green Grapefruit
- 8 broccoli spears
- 3 grapefruits
If anything is going to temper the strong, earthy taste of broccoli juice and make it more palatable, it’s going to be grapefruit.
Gut Soother
- 2 pears
- 2 carrots
- ½ pineapple
- ½ inch (1 cm) ginger root
