Beverages
  • Vegetables juice or green drinks (Green magma, Kyogreen or Green kamut)
  • Herbal teas: chamomile or green tea with cinnamon stick

Pinky Mango

  • 2 mangoes
  • 3 handfuls raspberries juice of half a lemon
  • 4 tablespoons (75 ml) natural yogurt
  • 8 tablespoons (120 ml) apple juice

Green Grapefruit

  • 8 broccoli spears
  • 3 grapefruits

If anything is going to temper the strong, earthy taste of broccoli juice and make it more palatable, it’s going to be grapefruit.

Gut Soother

  • 2 pears
  • 2 carrots
  • ½ pineapple
  • ½ inch (1 cm) ginger root
