  • Drink warm water in the morning with a squeeze of lemon
  • Do not drink fluids with your meals 30 minutes before or after never with meals
  • Chew your food 20-25 times per mouthful
  • Eat when calm, your digestion will be much better
  • Tepid of air temperature foods, drinks and water are best, these can effect the strength of your spleen energy battery and other organs.
  • Have your plate nice and colourful
  • Do not eat the same foods everyday, rotate your days and food, you can avoid food allergies, intolerances and sensitivities.
  • Take note of foods you crave, if you really want a specific food just have it and enjoy it but not everyday, try to avoid chocolate, crisps and pastries.
  • Enzymes, sprouted seed, raw vegetables, fruit, nuts and seeds are full of live enzymes.
  • Breakfast, always break the fast from the night before, fresh fruit, porridge, millet are all good choices.
  • Eat your last meal 2-3 hours before you go to bed, you can not digest a meal effectively if yougo to sleep on a full stomach
