Exercise with Oxygen Therapy (EWOT)

Exercise with Oxygen Therapy (EWOT) is a type of therapy that involves performing moderate physical exercise while breathing in concentrated amounts of oxygen.

It is designed to increase the oxygen levels in the body, which can help to improve overall health and well-being.

The therapy typically involves using an oxygen concentrator, which filters and purifies the air and concentrates the oxygen levels to around 90%. The concentrated oxygen is then delivered to the individual via a mask or nasal cannula while they exercise on a stationary bike, treadmill, or other exercise equipment.

EWOT is believed to have various potential health benefits, including improved cardiovascular function, increased endurance, and reduced inflammation. It may also benefit individuals with certain medical conditions, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, and heart disease.
